Kemampuan Tutor dalam Menstimulasi Self Directed Learning Mahasiswa Kedokteran

Background: Self-directed learning (SDL) is a skill that must be possessed by medical students as form of adult learning. To train these skills, need tutors to stimulate students' SDL abilities.
 Methodology: This study was conducted quantitatively using Dolman and Ginns questionnaire on third-year students.
 Results: Tutors in the Medical Emergency block were able provide good explanation issues case look for other resources.
 Conclusion: with academic backgrounds match discussion material can considered one factors SDL.
 
 Latar Belakang: merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa kedokteran sebagai bentuk pembelajaran dewasa. Untuk melatih ini memerlukan tutor dalam menstimulasi kemampuan mahasiswa.
 Metodologi: penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan pada tahun ke-tiga.
 Hasil: blok mampu memberikan penjelasan baik mengenai issue ada kasus serta untuk mencari sumber lainnya.
 Simpulan: latar belakang akademik sesuai materi diskusi dapat dipertimbangan salah satu factor mahasiswa.
